Renovation work on the windows

Currently the windows are being repaired and restored. While much of the wood is still sound, the weather has removed all paint and even most of the glazing. A number of panes have fallen out and many more are barely holding on. While much of the wood is still sound there is considerable weather checking and some of the wood is suffering decay. Many of the muntins will need partial or complete replacement and a number of sash have become deformed and out of square. The work is being undertaken by volunteer and MMHA member Bob Brown. Volunteer help is invited for those having carpentry and or painting skills.
